Travel & Accommodations

Getting to Kauaʻi

We are so excited to celebrate with you on Kauaʻi!
Most guests will fly into Līhuʻe Airport (LIH), the island’s main airport. From the airport, the Poʻipū / Kōloa area is approximately a 25–30 minute drive.
Guests should plan to book flights and accommodations for the wedding weekend July 30 through August 2.
We recommend reserving flights and accommodations as early as possible, as travel to Kauaʻi fills quickly—especially during peak seasons.

Transportation

Rental cars are strongly recommended. Kauaʻi is best explored by car, and rideshare options can be limited in Poʻipū—especially in the evenings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Kauaʻi is typically warm and tropical, with temperatures around 75–85°F. Evenings can occasionally be breezy, so bringing a light layer is recommended.

Weather & Outdoor Events - Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Our events will take place outdoors. We recommend planning for warm weather and bringing sunscreen.

Transportation - Should I rent a car?

Yes, we strongly recommend renting a car. Kauaʻi is not very walkable outside of resort areas, and rideshare services are limited.

Please fly into Līhuʻe Airport (LIH)
